We are able to perform all the services we include in our proposal with our own staff and equipment and do not have to be reliant on others. We have primarily a full time staff and when seasonal help is used it is on a one to one ratio. We maintain a 24 hour answering service with a management supervisor on call at all times, each of our crews are radio / cell phone equipped and can be reached at any time.

We currently provide year round grounds maintenance for over 200 condominium units along with app. 15 commercial accounts. We carry full coverage insurance including equipment, extended liability and Workman's Comp. Appropriate certificates will be supplied upon request.

Outdoor Service Co., Inc. is licensed by the State of Maine for the application of pesticides to turf and ornamental trees and shrubs. We are also certified to perform Mauget Tree Injections, which allows us to take advantage of an environmentally safer and ecologically sound way to treat trees for insects, diseases and pathogenic problems, as well as to provide nutrients when needed.

Outdoor Service Company, Inc. always practices IPM, Integrated Pest Management, and is a certified LakeSmart Landscape Company.
